Werkgroep Radio Scouting started in the (70’s/80’s) with small electronic projects for scouts as part of the Jamboree On The Air (JOTA) program. Those small kit’s where a direct hit and prove to be very popular. Every year a new project is developed and build all over the world by scouts in at least 10 countries.

Our vision when we design the kit’s:

·         Simple to build.

·         Only projects that children like and can make!

·         Use of only first class components to keep the failure rate extremely low.

·         The printed circuit board must be made of first class “scout proof” material.

·         Keep the building description clear and simple.

·         Keep the prize of the kit’s as low as possible.

·         Give value for money.

When a new design has been made, first it’s tested by a group of experienced radioscouts to make sure the kit’s are 100% working and can be build in about one hour.
